Depending on your event’s creative needs a guest portrait takes between 5-10minutes. The exact time depends on how detailed you'd like each illustration to be – the more intricate, the longer it takes, but the result is always stunning!
By the end of the event, every guest will have their custom watercolor portrait ready to go! Guests have the option to stay and watch their portrait come to life or they can head back to enjoying the event. If they’d rather not wait, we’ll snap a quick picture with an iPad so they can pick up their finished illustration later.

The number of illustrations completed depends on the event size and the client’s needs. I typically work within the agreed-upon hourly rate, and any additional work outside of that time frame will need to be negotiated in advance with the brand or client.
For larger events with a bigger guest list or more complex scope, I may bring on a creative assistant to help manage the workflow. The assistant would assist with creating content, distributing portraits, and ensuring guests are taken care of while I focus on delivering high-quality illustrations.

As every event is unique, it is hard to give a flat price, as this depends on the number of guests mainly. However there is a minimum booking of 3h @ NZD$850. More hours are possible but obviously I will need a small break now and then. Please feel free to send a message or fill in the form below and I will give you an exact quotation.
Every price is based on an hourly rate + travel fee (if necessary).
